# FollowThroo: expanded product overview > FollowThroo is multichannel sales outreach automation for B2B teams across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, with sequences, follow-ups, CRM, and reporting in one place. ## What the product automates FollowThroo combines lead records, pipelines, tasks, an inbox, templates, sequences, channel actions, and reporting. A sequence can coordinate email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp steps with waits and open/click/reply conditions. A verified reply on any of the three channels stops every later step for that lead, and an unsubscribe or hard bounce suppresses the contact on every channel. Connected mailboxes can run warm-up between the workspace's own mailboxes (a 21-day ramp by default) with inbox/spam placement tracking. ## Channel boundaries - Email sends through a connected Gmail, Zoho, or compatible SMTP/IMAP mailbox. - LinkedIn profiles are sourced by the Chrome extension. Invitations and supported connected-contact messages are performed by the Windows desktop app from the user's own browser session. FollowThroo does not claim automated InMail or profile visits. Automation can violate LinkedIn's User Agreement and remains risky. - WhatsApp sends from the workspace's own WhatsApp Business number, connected through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and remains subject to consent and Meta's template rules. - Social-network commenting or generic social sending is not a supported sending channel. ## AI Throo, the AI agent (Scale plan), is a chat on Home and beside every screen. It writes email and LinkedIn templates, builds campaigns as drafts across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, finds leads to follow up, reads reports, and drafts WhatsApp templates for Meta's approval. It builds drafts on its own; adding leads to a campaign or sending a WhatsApp template to Meta is shown as a card the user must confirm, and nothing goes live without it.
