This guide shows you how to connect this source. By the end you will be able to have JustDial enquiries delivered into FollowThroo once your account manager switches it on.
Before you start
- A JustDial listing and the name of your account manager.
- Your FollowThroo link from Settings, then Lead sources.
Steps

In FollowThroo, open Settings, then Lead sources, and copy the link in the JustDial box.

JustDial has no setting you can change yourself for this. Send the link to your JustDial account manager and ask them to send your leads to it.

Ask them for one example of what they will send, and forward it to support@followthroo.com. We check it so the details land in the right place before you rely on it.
If something goes wrong
- Details are missing, or the category shows in the wrong place.
- JustDial doesn't send the same details for every account. Send us one real example (remove personal details) and we will adjust it.
- Nothing arrives.
- Ask your account manager to confirm that sending to the link has been switched on, and that they copied the whole link, including the long code at the end.
