Terms of Service

Who we are

FollowThroo is a product of Brandstac, a company based in India. These terms are an agreement between you and Brandstac.

Plans

Using FollowThroo needs a plan: the Test Drive or a monthly plan. What each includes and costs is on the pricing page. Start, Grow and Scale renew every month until you cancel, which you can do any time from Plans & billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The Test Drive is paid once and never renews. A full refund ends the plan it paid for. Grow and Scale also cover 2 and 3 of your workspaces, which share the plan's daily credits. Daily credits reset each day and don't carry over; top-up credits end with the plan.

Acceptable use

You agree to send only to contacts you have a lawful basis to reach, to honor opt-outs, and to respect each platform's terms and limits.

Automation

LinkedIn invitations and messages are sent by the FollowThroo desktop app on your own computer, in your own LinkedIn session, and only once you turn automatic sending on. You are responsible for using it in line with LinkedIn's User Agreement. The app paces itself, stops at daily limits, and stops completely at any security check LinkedIn shows.

Your account

You're responsible for the credentials you connect and the messages you send. Keep your API keys secure.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service 'as is'. Rate limits and platform behavior are outside our control.

Termination

You may cancel anytime, and export or delete your workspace from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or send unlawful outreach.

Changes

Each version of these terms is numbered, with a line below saying what changed. Material changes are announced in the app and by email.

What changed

  • 2026-10-09 — Names Brandstac as the company behind FollowThroo; monthly plans now renew until cancelled, the Test Drive never renews, full refunds end the plan, and Grow and Scale cover several workspaces.
  • 2026-09-29 — A plan is needed to use the product; acceptable use of automation; versioning of these terms.
