How credits work
- They refill every day
- Your plan's credits reset at midnight in your time zone. Unused ones don't carry over, so one heavy day can't use up your week.
- You pay when something goes out
- Credits are taken when an email sends or an invitation is confirmed. A skipped or failed step costs nothing.
- Enrichment refunds what it can't find
- If LinkedIn shows no phone number, you get that credit back. If the person isn't a connection yet, you get all 3 back.
- Top-ups are for busy days
- For paid plans only. They cost about 3× your plan's rate per credit, and never expire while you're subscribed. They add credits — never seats, inboxes or campaigns.

What is FollowThroo and how does multichannel outreach work?
FollowThroo is multichannel sales outreach automation for B2B teams. It coordinates email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp steps from one CRM so a reply can stop later automated follow-up.
Is LinkedIn automation safe for my personal account?
It is not risk-free. Automated sending can violate LinkedIn's User Agreement. FollowThroo sends queued invitations and supported messages only through a Windows desktop app on your own computer and browser session, with pacing, daily caps, and security-check stops. LinkedIn does not endorse this workflow.
Which email providers are supported?
Connect Gmail or Google Workspace with Google OAuth, Zoho Mail with Zoho OAuth, or a compatible mailbox through SMTP and IMAP. The same CRM stores lead and conversation history.
Can I try FollowThroo before subscribing?
Yes. The $2 Test Drive runs for 14 days on your own leads with 30 credits a day. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Inbound reply events update the shared lead record and can stop later automated follow-up steps, so a person can take over with the conversation context intact.
Does FollowThroo have an AI agent?
Yes. Throo, on the Scale plan, writes templates, builds draft campaigns across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, finds leads to follow up and reads your reports from a chat. It never sends or launches by itself: adding leads to a campaign or submitting a WhatsApp template waits for your Confirm. A reply costs 2 credits plus 3 per thing built, at most 15.
Which AI model does FollowThroo use?
FollowThroo supports configurable models through OpenRouter, with direct Anthropic access as an alternative where configured. Model choice and availability depend on the workspace and feature; the product is not Claude-only.
What does each action cost in credits?
An email is 1 credit, a LinkedIn invitation 3 (5 with a note), a supported LinkedIn message 2, a WhatsApp message 1, and an AI reply draft 2. Credits are charged through the billing engine only when the action reaches its billable outcome.
